Requirements

A laptop or desktop computer with Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge.

Please note before buying

• VAT: not suitable for VAT-registered businesses. It doesn't calculate or report VAT.

• Making Tax Digital: it isn't Making Tax Digital software and doesn't submit anything to HMRC. Making Tax Digital for Income Tax applies to sole traders with qualifying income over £50,000 from April 2026, over £30,000 from April 2027 and over £20,000 from April 2028. If it applies to you, you'll also need HMRC-recognised software.

• Backups: your records are saved in your browser, so download regular backups. There's a button in Settings.

• Not advice: it isn't tax advice, so have your accountant check your figures.

• Licence: one licence covers one business. Bookkeepers need a licence for each client business.

  
  

Digital download notice

Because this is a digital download, you'll get it straight away. By buying, you agree to that and acknowledge you lose the 14-day right to cancel once the download starts. This doesn't affect your rights if the product is faulty or not as described.

Is it a subscription? No. It's a one-off purchase.

Can I use it on more than one computer? Yes, for the same business. Move your records between computers using Download backup and Restore from backup in Settings.

Does it work on a phone? It's designed for a laptop or desktop.

Can my accountant see my figures? Yes. You can export figures as CSV, or send them a backup file.

I'm a bookkeeper. Can I use it for my clients? Yes, with one licence per client business. Get in touch about pricing for several businesses.
